Altering Views

 

SQL Server 2000 allows you to alter the definition of a view. The syntax is almost identical to the syntax for creating the view initially:
ALTER VIEW view_name [(column [,?n])]
[WITH ENCRYPTION]
AS
select_statement
[WITH CHECK OPTION]

Alter a view to change the view structure
