Aggregate Functions
Aggregate functions perform a mathematical operation on a column.
MySQL implements the following aggregate functions:
- COUNT(),
- COUNT(DISTINCT),
- MAX(),
- MIN(),
- AVG(),
- SUM(), and
- STD().
